Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
We are seeking a site supervisor who will be responsible for supervising all activities in the workshop and construction site, including overseeing workers, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring progress, and communicating with other departments. They must ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Kualifikasi:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Construction
- Minimum 3 years on-site supervision in exhibition / interior fitting
- Strong work safety (K3) awareness and leadership
- Willing to work flexible hours / night shifts during event build-ups
