We are seeking an experienced HRD Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, managing recruitment and retention, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Psychology, HR Management, or Law
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and industrial relations
- Strong leadership, empathy, and organizational development skills
